Nevernote is a zero-knowledge, end-to-end encrypted note-taking application. Your notes are encrypted on your device before being stored on our servers. We cannot read, access, or decrypt your notes.

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nevernote shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violations of these terms. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time through the Settings menu.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
